Our flagship solution, CoventorWare , consists of a proven suite of fully integrated software tools optimized for the creation of micro-scale devices. Available separately or bundled, CoventorWare products

improve the success rate for MEMS product development, reduce time-to-market, and lower total costs. Coventor also offers MEMulator , a process emulator and virtual prototyping tool that creates accurate, highly detailed 3D representations of microfabricated devices or even entire wafers in minutes, allowing designers to easily detect errors and reduce production costs. Finally, Coventor introduced the stand-alone EM3DS 3D electromagnetic analysis software in 2004 for RF device design and modeling.
