Valley Health Centers Santa Clara Valley Medical Center provides healthcare services in the community through a network of eight neighborhood health centers located throughout Santa Clara County. Valley Health Centers provide comprehensive primary care services including family practice, geriatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, radiology, pharmacy, health education, nutrition and social services.
