Reliable Controls

Reliable Controls was founded in 1986 by Roland Laird in Surrey, BC to provide simple, flexible, and economical Building Automation System (BAS) solutions. In 1995, the company moved to Victoria, BC and implemented a business plan for long-term growth. As a result, demand for the company's products grew and sales offices opened in Victoria, Toronto and Philadelphia. In 2001,

the company witnessed the production of its 10,000th Direct Digital Controller (DDC). In September 2003, Reliable Controls opened distribution in mainland China and Hong Kong. Currently, Reliable Controls employs 40 dedicated and talented individuals who are committed to delivering innovative and simple solutions for your environmental control needs.
