HCR Manor Care - Heartland Home Healthcare Manor Care, through its operating group HCR Manor Care, is a leading long-term health care provider, offering skilled nursing, Alzheimer's care and rehabilitation through approximately 350 nursing homes and Alzheimer's assisted living centers. High-quality medical care is provided through registered (RN) and licensed practical (LPN) nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) in concert with physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapists.
